Midwest coal project’s key highlights Include:-
  •   Project enjoys attractive project economics due to its large and quality resource base which is devoid of dykes and sills, flat seams and shallow resource with a mix of high quality coking and thermal coal grades.
  •   The scale of the operation will justify any large infrastructure investment including rail, road or pipeline.
  •   The Project is located strategically in the coking coal basin in Mozambique within close proximity to existing road and rail infrastructure which link to the Port of Beira. Mozambican coal is positioned to service India’s ballooning steel market and energy demand. Its neighbouring tenements include Coal India, Rio Tinto’s Benga and Zambezi projects, Vale’s Moatize project and Minas de Revuboe.
